11 May RFA Welcomes Jake Rascoff
Jake Rascoff has joined the Rich Feuer Anderson team as a Vice President.
Rich Feuer Anderson (RFA) is pleased to announce that Jake Rascoff, a policy expert with extensive experience in financial services and energy, drawn from senior roles in Senate Democratic offices, federal regulatory advocacy, and capital markets, has joined the firm as a Vice President.
Most recently, Rascoff served as Director of Climate Financial Regulation at the Ceres Accelerator for Sustainable Capital Markets, where he led engagement with the SEC and other federal financial regulators on climate-related disclosure rules and the regulation of U.S. capital markets.
Prior to Ceres, Rascoff spent several years working for Senate Democrats. He served most recently as Assistant Legislative Director to U.S. Senator Brian Schatz (D-HI), where he covered financial regulation, energy, and climate policy, and earlier as a researcher and fellow in the Office of U.S. Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO). He also served as a Legislative Assistant to Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ), handling energy, environment, transportation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity policy.
Rascoff began his career as an Analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Natural Resources Equity Capital Markets group, where he executed more than 45 transactions across the oil and gas, oilfield services, midstream, mining, chemicals, and power and utilities sectors.
Rascoff holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
