Caroline joined RFA with multiple years of experience within governmental and political affairs. Having worked with two national insurance trade associations, she has developed a unique understanding of the financial services industry and particularly as it relates to insurance.
Prior to joining RFA, Caroline worked for the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), where she managed their Political Affairs department. There she focused on grassroots advocacy and managed the Political Action Committee, which reached record high growth under her purview. She also worked alongside the federal affairs team to provide support on a number of legislative and regulatory issues pertaining to the insurance industry. Before NAMIC, Caroline interned in Government Affairs for the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers, and in Mergers & Acquisitions for Jackson National.
Caroline came to Washington D.C. after receiving a Business degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
